Application procedure
The products purchased on Adtecno.com are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice or order form that he will receive via e-mail in PDF format. The customer, by accepting the purchase contract, acknowledges the assistance procedures in force at the time of the use of the Warranty Assistance, which he accepts. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the package itself. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if supported by Adtecno.com
12 months warranty
Purchases made by invoicing (with VAT number) have a 12-month warranty period. Limitations: The warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from accident, abuse, improper application, unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly, improper maintenance operation, use not in accordance with the product instructions or connection to an improper power supply, external causes which cause damage such as overvoltages, lightning, electric discharges; or use of accessories - such as eg. Incompatible power supplies, except in cases where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Delays: no damage can be requested from Adtecno.com for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
24 months warranty
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products with a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of lack of conformity, Adtecno.com will restore the conformity of the product by repairing / replacing or reducing the price, until the contract is terminated. Only following the issue of an authorization number (RMA), the customer must send the goods following the instructions contained in the email itself. In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its customer, Adtecno.com may proceed at its discretion to return the entire amount paid or replace it with a product with equal or superior characteristics.
If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by Adtecno.com.
