YUKON 852 / GPL
The Yukon GPL gas detector is a wall-mounted control unit that detects and warns of a possible leak of Methane Gas inside our home.
The control unit is equipped with a WiFi connection, internal relay, acoustic buzzer, optical LED and the replaceable sensor module.
The Yukon GPL detector is calibrated to detect a gas concentration equal to 10% of the L.I.E. (Lower Explosive Limit), this threshold may vary based on environmental conditions but will not exceed 15% of the L.I.E. during the first 5 years of operation. After this period or if the “FAULT” LED lights up, the sensor module must be replaced.
The functionality of the control unit is given by the fact that by detecting a possible leak of Gas it warns, via an acoustic buzzer and the lighting of the LEDs, that we are in a dangerous situation, thus activating the internal relay to control the solenoid valve and intercept the Gas. However, if we are away from home, the device will send a notification in real time directly to our smartphone through the appropriate App, thus, we will always be updated on the security status of our home.
