CAME 3199ZA3P Replacement board for ZA3P control panel

Spare card for multifunction control panels for swing gates, with limit switch management and slowdown speed adjustment. The control devices and accessories are 24V. The accessories must not exceed 20W overall.

Replaces the ZA3 model

All connections are protected by fast fuses.

The card provides and controls the following functions:

automatic closing after an opening command;

pre-flashing of the movement indicator;

obstacle detection with gate stopped at any point;

adjustment of the drive torque of the connected automation;

water hammer on opening;

fixed slowdown of 10 seconds with adjustable speed;

limit switch management: The command modes that can be defined are:

opening / closing;

open / close with maintained action;

partial opening;

total stop.

The photocells, after the detection of an obstacle, can cause:

reopening if the gate is closing;

the closing or the partial stop if it is opening;

the partial stop if it is opening.

Special trimmers regulate:

the automatic closing intervention time;

closing delay of the M2 gearmotor;

the working time.

It is also possible to connect:

gate open signal lamps;

cycle lamps;

electric lock.

The ZA3P control panel has been designed to control automation for swing gates

ATI, FERNI, KRONO, FAST and FROG powered at 230V.
