Traffic light control unit for managing 2 traffic lights with 2 lights - 24 V and 230 V.
Operation by cyclical time or with vehicle detectors.
The DC2SEM2L universal electronic control unit has been designed for the management of 2 traffic lights with 2 lights, in situations where it is necessary to regulate the vehicle accesses alternately (garages, car parks, residences, etc.).
The control unit can operate with two operating logics, depending on the installation:
Operation without vehicle detection devices
The alternation times of the red/green-green/red and red/red traffic light phases are defined by the installer and are fixed, cyclical, regardless of the volume of incoming or outgoing traffic and the order of incoming or output. In this case we will speak of "cyclic operation".
Operation with vehicle tracking devices
The alternation times of the red/green-green/red and red/red traffic light phases are defined by the installer, but the activation of the ignitions is the detection of the vehicles on the corresponding entrances (entrance and exit) through the special installed devices (photocells , radars, etc.). This logic allows for better management of the volume of inbound and outbound traffic and the order of inbound and outbound traffic.
